No one seems worried about our current recruiting targets.
Most have said that he was one of the weakest recruiters.
Most seem to think we need someone younger and enegetic.

Out of all the coaches that needed to change, he was one of the big ones. I personally never liked him too much outside of what he could sell for being so old.
However, I'm looking for a DL Coach who has a future in being a DC or a CO-DC. Sal's not it.

Most are delusional and do this when a coach leaves. Oh don’t need him. The defensive line was the best unit on the team hands down. Zuniga and Polite he made into monsters. He is a big loss from a coach standpoint but not an elite recruiter

What year haven't we had an elite player or two on the DL? Grantham is recruiting the vast majority of our DL prospects right now (and was before Sunseri left).
We need elite talent on the line, period. He's a decent coach, but his ceiling is there, frand.

It’s funny because on the Bama 24/7 all they could talk about was that he’s an elite recruiter...well I’m sure anybody could be an elite recruiter when you’re able to give out dodge chargers.

He won recruiter of the year while at Bama last time but wasn’t as good for us. His coaching ability was very strong though. He was the big name of the position coaches on that side. Want proof he is very good? Saban wanted him.
