Have a little more faith in the staff. Mullen is a damn good coach. We arent falling apart my goodness.

I’m just tired of not being elite. I’m tired of every game being unpredictable.

I agree but shite. Remember 06? Every game was frustrating but good staffs can win even if ugly.

We have a new Oline. A QB that doesnt fit our coaches system. Kind of is what it is.

Doesnt mean we are going 7-5. Let us lose before feeling like the season is already over lol.

Mullen pretty much said that politely as possible in his presser. I don't remember the exact wording, but it was something to the effect that they could have probably put up more points in the second half if that had been the main thing he wanted to accomplish with that time.

You could tell during the game. Box and I said at the same time during the Towson game that they looked like they were even pulling up on their tackles and looking to not get hurt.

100% against Tennessee and Towson Mullen was simply working out wrinkles that we would need by the Auburn game. You can even see in the play selection. We could have easily pushed Towson down the field with shorter passes, and we did in the first drive. When Mullen saw in Tennessee + Towson that we were basically moving the ball at will, we started to test other parts of the offense and see what we could do.

We could have easily just exploited both of those teams for more points, but when you have a second string QB who doesn't fit the mold of your offense, you have to try to do other things. Especially like working on long routes (we did at the end of the Towson game and had a guy wide open) which take a lot of time to get prepared for.

I'm pretty comfortable with Auburn, but LSU is going to be a very, very difficult game. They are built to beat us and are at home. With Auburn, the reality is: Just limit big plays, play a lot of single safety high, blitz, load the box, cut out the short throws and make the guy beat you passing while being deaf.

With LSU, we're just going to need luck.

Geez finch...I wonder about you and how old you are.

That's what is GREAT about college football..anything can happen.

Don't sell Florida short. No, we wont throw 50 times (unless we are way behind). I enjoy watching a defense stop goal line stands over and over. That separates men from boys. A 2 yd run up the middle? We HAVE to do that to keep defenses honest....it doesn't bother me.

Yes, we have an imperfect team...but look around at the other undefeated teams...they have warts too. LsU, Bama, A&M, USC etc etc all have problems running the ball. I have a theory that defenses are much better today than 15 yrs ago. Watch our team speed on defense....not many teams can run like this.

We actually match up better with LSU than Auburn.

Granted, Death Valley at night, but still, UF has played relatively well there.

Obviously, we remember 2016. 2015 with Treon was competitive as hell. Even the 2013 game with Muschamp and Tyler Murphy was still a game in the 4th Q.

The only time LSU has blown us out was 2011, which was the week after we were physically destroyed against Alabama.

This team is in a much different place than the 2011 team was.

Nah, I don't like our DBs. I really, really don't like us with the short passing game this year but maybe that's because Henderson hasn't been there. Trey Dean has been picked on all year and Marco Wilson has failed to live up to the pre-season hype.

Our safeties aren't exactly all-world, either.

The reason I like Auburn is because Bo Nix is going to be an Away QB and we have a very, very good pass rush/run defense. Which means he's going to get pressured, going to make mistakes and especially going to lack communication with his team.

On defense they vacate the center of the field and blitz a lot so we have one-on-one advantages.

LSU is different. Burrow, like Lock and Fromm is probably going to have a good day picking up the blitz and making passes that guys like Nix won't be able to do, and I just don't trust our DBs as much as I trust our defensive line and linebackers.

Time will tell, but that LSU game is the one where I'm like: Probably not.

Disagree Straws....I like our chances against the kittens in red stick. Our pass rush will disrupt joey b. and our secondary will be much better now that Shawn Davis and CJ are back. We can run against them and I believe we can have 175+ yards rushing and shorten the game clock.

I predicted 11-1 and not changing my mind. you may laugh but I think USCe will be a trap game where we lose. The good news is that we will be pizzed off the next week in Jax.

Yea I like Auburn better than LSU for us to win. LSU's offense is scary and they will be able to outscore us most likely.

I could see 11-1, but I think the trap game would be @Mizzou.

I think we beat AU this weekend, gonna be a hell of game. LSU will be really good as well.

LSU fans at work told me they will know how good they really are in 2 weeks. UF has em shook. They brought up our pass rush ect. I told em Joe gonna be staring into the stars over BR that night.

Problem with LSU is their defense actually isnt as bad as people think. Metrics wise, its not bad. When your offense scores that much and that quick of course numbers will go up for defense.

Think of them like OU this year, but with a more sound defense. That is pretty scary to me.

I think we have a better chance of beating Auburn AND Georgia over LSU right now.

This, only because one of these games are on the road. I think we can win all of them though. Can and will are two different things, but we’re capable.

Color me not worried about LsU...just wish it were a 3:30 game though. They haven't played a team with a pulse on defense yet...Texas is garbage on defense. joey burrowing owl will be sack many times...at least 5 times. He will be become color blind and throw picks. I love pass happy teams...easy to scheme against. Grantham wont fool around...we will be blitzing as soon as we get off the bus.

Their OL will shite their pants and get a lot of holding and motion flags. Greenard has a great motor...but Zuniga is unblockable and we throw in Jeremiah Moon for good measure with his motor and wide wing span. The umbrella twirlers haven't seen this kind of lethal pass rush...but they fixing to.

11 - 1 is only attainable if we have luck on our side, because we are going to practically have an Air Raid offense going forward, or at least very close to it. Eventually we're going to have an unlucky game. Even the best Air Raid offenses toss interceptions, and of course bad bounces happen from time to time.

10 - 2 is very doable, and I don't think this team will sleepwalk on Missouri again.

Really, though, we just have to have a productive offense. If Trask and Pitts continue to develop chemistry, we might actually have a shot at making waves.

Agreed. Unless the OLine magically gets tough. Just to hard to do with no run game. Sucks.

Next year Georgia will be down some. We may have to wait till next year for a big playoff push. Dont like saying it but unless we find that manhood on the Oline...going to be tough
