When in high school Ethan had some back problems so he had trouble getting in shape.
I forget which publication it was, but they did a story on Ethan White and it was pretty good. The kid is dedicated to being strong and being in shape.

Back to the topic- Savage year 2 appears to have been very successful. Physically and mentally. From my POV, the players are extremely confident in themselves and their teammates.
