History on this board shows that I am one of the last to support firing a coach, but Napier has fired himself by not making improvements in staff, play calling, clock management, special teams, penalties. Need I go on? It is time for a change to show Gator fans that this athletic department cares about Gator football success and that failure is not accepted.

Not sure if that is a compliment or calling out my blind loyalty?
Napier is different, he and everyone else knows what he needs to do to have a chance to be successful and he refuses to do it. No improvement in key areas, same mistakes game after game. At some point even blind loyalty has it's limits.

Late reaction but it's mind blowing that we couldn't capitalize on all the opportunities in the first half against UT. Then to have 3 points shaved off the board because of yet another special teams blunder is just astonishing.
I can't wait to move on. Napier seems like a swell guy and all but there is no mojo left in his regime.
