Kelly is a little bit too Irish for my taste.
I still think Spurrier is the one coach who could unite UF and give us that spark we need. He alone knows if he still has enough in the tank to give it four years....UF is not a rebuilding project at all and defensive talent is off the charts.
When Spurrier arrived in 1990 he inherited a wealth of talent on defense and just needed to overhaul the offense. The transformnation of the 2015 Gator offense will not be nearly as difficult as the 1990 version.

Not sure what to think of all this Freeze smoke. Sexton is his agent, but at the same time, is Ole Miss really gonna give him some raise and extension while going 8-4? Seems weird.

Sometimes its not about $$ for the HC but an angle to get raises/perks for asst coaches.
I have no feeling either way about Freeze and all I know is he can recruit....but lets face it the Univ of Florida can get recruits with average coach...but it would be nice to compete with Bama for the top 10 every year. We do get our share too...folks forget about Tabor, Holley, Sharp etc etc.

Good chance Boom ends up in College Station as DC since theirs was fired last night. Only hang up might be the offensive scheme of A&M...Boom doesn't like his defenses to be on the field too long and Sumlin is a little too pass happy. A&M needs more power run game to keep QB upright and LBs from dropping too quickly.
A&M defense is soft....and Boom is just what they need to toughen it up. The Longhorns will be screaming mad if he goes there

Well....as much as I disliked Kiffin....with Layla his wife being the daughter of John Reaves, does he get thrown into the mix? He can recruit and is an offensive mind.
He cant be too happy at Bama with Saban standing around on the sidelines second guessing him.

Hope not. Kiffin was handed a ton of talent at Bama. Don't really want him being the HC and calling the plays.

If McElwain is our new HC...I just wonder how much of an impact he would achieve with recruiting? Supposedly he closed the deal on quite a few recruits at Bama ??

Word on the street is Muschamp is a lock at Auburn and he wants to take T-Rob with him. Look for Holland and a couple other of our recruits to follow them there. Of course most of this is via supposed Gator insiders on Twitter so probably not true.

Foley isn't formally offering unless there's already an agreement in place and it's done. We will know soon if the report has any truth to it.
