People usually disagree with me but Sergeant Savage is the second most important guy on our staff other than Dan Mullen.
He has completely turned around the work ethic and it has shown on the field. We're usually at our best in the 4th Quarter and it's been years. YEARS.
Since I've said: We're a second half team.

Who is disagreeing? He is absolutely key. Bad S&C destroys the whole team. A bad OC destroys one side. A bad LB coach destroys one group. He is the one coach besides Mullen involved with every player and their success/failures.
