Given the amount of Miss State staff that came with Mullen, I hope this issue doesn’t cast a shadow over Dan and the team.

Guess we’ll have to wait and see. Any sudden job resignations will tip us off real quick.

It's hard to believe anything MSU fans have to say about Mullen and Stricklin. The Begley situation means nothing to me, if she gets fired then so be it.

She will get fired and we will move on hopefully. It just sucks we let Drew Hughes go for what appears to be a favor for a side piece. Hopefully Dan gave himself an out because Dan and Begly were extremely close.

There’s been a rumor about her and Fletcher Cox for years apparently. Might not be just coaches, doesn’t seem like she will be able to work with recruits anymore. Bad situation for her, and her family.

Yep. Oh well. She is replaceable. Just get a guy this time please. Anytime you have a cute girl surrounded by cock all day she's going to end up riding one..just matter of time.

We didn't let him go, he wanted to work for Pruitt. Mullen wanted Hughes on staff alongside Begley and others.

Hughes felt slighted when Dan brought Lee in to do the same type of job. He wanted to be the main cook in the kitchen. That’s why he left for Tennessee if Lee stays at MSU Hughes is still here. You don’t have to believe that but it’s 100% true. You really think he picked Pruitt for less money? Come on man.

Hughes and Pruitt are close. Begley and Hughes would have worked together, but they did have different jobs. Begley was focused almost entirely on logistics, Hughes played a bigger role in evaluating the recruiting board and developing relationships with recruits.

I didn't think we were arguing. Didn't take anything as confrontational.

I was saying it’s not worth arguing as I completely disagree with you, Hughes and Muschamp were way closer than Hughes and Pruitt. Hughes decided to say no to his friend and stay with Mac for more money and full control of behind the scenes recruiting operations. Bringing in Lee Begley and naming her Director of recruiting operations absolutely played a role in him leaving as he knew where Dan’s loyalties were. If Dan would have came in and been on board with keeping Hughes in the exact same role that he was in he would absolutely still be here. This is not just my opinion. TIFWIW

And that's fine. I've heard differently, so we'll agree to disagree. It was my understanding he had every intention of staying and then got the call from Pruitt. Having a director of recruiting operations and a director of a player personnel is fairly typical for a football program. It's really not a big deal to me either way, I wasn't looking to go back and forth on this.

as of now everything is just rumors.I think the issue with the baseball coach was he supposedly used funds from the school to do it. Lee is no longer an employee of the school. I don't really understand why this would be an issue at Florida. Not saying I approve of Affairs which I don't but this type of thing happens everyday all over the country and people aren't losing their jobs for it. Maybe her and her husband have an open relationship who knows. Just today she changed her Twitter profile picture to her and her husband.

if that's the case, i strongly believe that she's getting it more than he is.

Hughes would have stayed at Florida had he not got the call from Pruitt. Mullen wanted him to stay and so did Scott Stricklin. Hughes had prior relationships with more coaches on the staff at Tennessee. Also he did not leave Florida to go to Tennessee and make less money. He is making more at Tennessee......fact.

Really, anyone openly talkin' shite to us on our own board. We're cucks because no other teams would ever permit this crainess.
