I'm not saying hot seat nonsense.

I'm saying us talking about how difficult games are going to be against mediocre teams is not where we should be to have championship aspirations.

We lost a fluke game to Ole Miss in 2008, so of course it can happen -- but it shouldn't happen every single week.

Sure, Mullen needs his own players, but his showing against Kentucky two years in a row has left a lot to be desired.

I personally think our offense will throw a lot more with Trask at the helm, and that will fix a ton of our problems.

For one: It takes the defense out of our backfield every single time.

For two: It lengthens the game, and because of our conditioning we might be able to push around at least 10 out of our 12 opponents (LSU and Georgia being the only ones where we should not be able to, but LSU's defense hasn't been amazing).

Now, though, staying healthy is pretty important. Keep rotating young guys in and getting them ready -- I told ya'll Kaiir wasn't a huge drop off (and honestly he has looked better than Wilson for the most part).

tl;dr, I'm tired of these grim forecasts against teams we should be manhandling.

Straws have you watched college football? There are a LOT of highly ranked teams playing cupcakes that have struggled in the first half before putting them away.

UK isn't a cupcake and either is Tennessee, bot are in the SEC and give out scholarships. Teams aren't going to just roll over for us. Maybe you think they will...but don't hold your breath...as long as we win...we keep rolling.
