Second generation native and a Gator fan since 1962 when the Gators beat Penn St 17-7 and my stepson is 12 yrs old and he has become a great UF fan.
I didnt attend UF, went to Tallahasse Comm College JC, Hunter College in NYC and USF in Tampa. Have orange and blue blood in my veins.
Speaking of countries, I had the pleasure of meeting a swet attractive young Gator lady this am at the Gameday site and she was from Haiti. Very smart and articulate...if I were only five or six yrs younger

I am from West Monroe, LA, born and raised. I just graduated from ULM this past December. My brother grew up a LSU fan so I couldn't be one and the first game I remember watching was a Florida game so from then on I have been a Florida fan. I have not gotten a chance to go to the Swamp but hope to soon. I did get to go to the Sugar Bowl to watch Tebow's last game.

My path to becoming a gator fan is weird! I was 7 years old in california and was flipping through football games on tv.the first time i put on a gator game I saw Fred taylor and jacquez green and was in love with the Gators ever since

Undrafted free agent reporting for duty. I am from North Carolina originally, now live in Alabama. I hate Alabama, and FSU, so all of us should get along quite nicely! Here's to the Gators taking a bite out of that Bulldog arse this weekend!

96-97 were great as a kid. Even though i hardly watched and knew any players, it was just cool to see the Gators play. Good stuff

The best season I can remember. Now that ULM has beaten Western Kentucky we should be able to run the table. I think ULL is down this year. I have been waiting for ULM to go to their first bowl game so I can be there partying, hopefully in New Orleans.

Hello everybody! I've been meaning to do this since i first saw it but i procrastinated. I've been a member of TD for almost 5 years and have only posted a little over 300 times. So as you can see, I contribute nothing. I usually just lurk on here and a few other Gator sites. I'm not a Bullgator, insider, nor do i subscribe to any sites. I just love me some Florida Football and keeping up with recruiting keeps me going during the season and especially the offseason. I've been a UF fan since I figured out how much more awesome football was than baseball, which was in 6th grade and Steve Spurrier's first year as HBC. I grew up in Niceville, Florida and went to school at UF in 1996. Anyway, enough about me and Go Gators!

Wilson, grand river avenue, I was there when Woody Hayes cold cocked a fan after we beat them.
That said, the swamp and tailgating at Florida are amazing and much more electrifying.

I go there now, and you are right on about the swamp being more electric. I Love them both, though. Hope we don't meetup in a bowl (I'd root for UF)
