I'm ok with this, QB wasn't the real problem although Franks was shaky at best and Zaire was terrible.
It's all about the O-line. Unless they get majorly better soon, this season will be a disaster. I had high expectations for this unit based on what the coaches were telling us, but we were mislead.
I am ready to sacrifice the OC for the good the program and to beg Spurrier to take over as OC. Pipe dream but would be fun to watch.

Teams are going to blitz him a lot to rattle him.
That's been the defensive game plan against UF for years now. Heavy pressure and/or load the box to stop the run. The coaches have to put him a position to succeed. No adjustments were made to counteract Michigan's pressure.

The coaches aren't putting anyone in a position to do anything but frick themselves.
A pattern has emerged, these guys suck against ranked teams.
UF is going to beat the No Co's of the world, and may beat Tennessee, Kentucky, and Vanderbilt the next 4 weeks, but when they start playing real teams again, their true colors will show.

did you not watch the game last night? the uf/tenn last year? i don't care what kind of lead we might have. tennessee will find a way to diminish it and win.
as far as i'm concerned, we might lose to kentucky. we might not score a TD in SEC play.

Agree completely, won't get an argument for me. It doesn't take this long to put together a competent offense, what was put on the field Saturday was inexcusable and one more failure in a long line of failures against solid competition.

Hate to be optimistic after the shitshow last weekend, but watching UT-GT last night shows me we have a chance against them. Techs OL, which is way way under sized, pushed UTs DL a few yds off the line of scrimmage and their new QB was off target a lot til late in the game. We need to blitz their arse all day.
Tech only has a few good def players on their team and turnovers cost them the game.
A&M has poor defense also and can be had...if we don't stick our heads up our asses.
I'm praying Franks learns to stand in the pocket and deliver...no fricking more of running around. OL (according to Mac's presser) will have 5 days of cage work instead of 2 days...why did we wait for that ??????????????? May not be announced, but look for a change or two in the starting OL. A strong clear message needs to be sent to them.

Triple option OLs typically do that. Most DL are not used to being chop blocked all game long.
shite maybe UF needs to install a fricking triple option. Really tired of UFs OL getting whooped against everyone with a good DL.

Inside Zone would be nice. Get some double teams going

Luke will be QB2. Still no Scarlett.

I literally give 0 shits about the Colorado game. I want UF to win without injuries and get Franks a ton of reps. I don't care if that win is by 1 point or 50.
What I do care about is UF's first 3 Sec games.
I want them to win all 3.
Hopefully this coaching staff can show me something in those games to renew any optimism in the rest of this schedule
