It's a nice touch via the University.

The coaches never stopped coaching

i'm a little peeved over the drum major baton. when billy was asked about the turnover chain, he said they weren't gonna have anything like that.

I guess as long as the players feed off it …

For a guy so business in pressers, Napier looks like he is genuinely doing what he loves during the game. Whole staff does really. Really digging the vibe; get into October without a loss, and I'm going to be really impressed.

This

I have no predictions for wins or losses. I just wanna see what we saw the first game. A team that looks coached n focused.
I can live with it this season if we straight up get out jimmy’d n Joe’d .

i'm probably going to get chastised for saying this, but i kinda want to see what a loss does to not only the team, but the coaching staff. what does it look like for them to maintain focus and shift it to the next game.

keeping it together when you're winning is easy. the reaction "getting punched in the face" is hard part. seeing how they handle that will tell me how long this staff will be around.

Main thing that impressed me was there seemed to be zero panic from the team or coaches.

I don't think we're making the playoffs this year even if we do take care of Tennessee and UK. I was hoping to get at least one win out of Utah, UT, and UK. To me, if we stay undefeated in Sept., I won't be able to help but to be impressed by the staff given my expectations. Mind you, if we don't, I won't be breaking out the pitchforks and torches either.

I really like how they’re getting the Freshman players playing time even in big games.

Shows recruits if you’re good enough, you’ll get on the field.

It's definitely starting, lol. Folks on the other boards who were calling Napier the next Saban last week are saying we hired the wrong guy now.

I will generously say they should give it a sleep before posting.
