I have never had a doubt that Mullen is a better hire than Taggart. Taggart would have been a huge disappointment if he was who we ended up with and FSUcks will begin a slide to mediocrity under him.
Mullen wasn't my first choice but I have been impressed so far with him since arriving at UF. Cant wait for the spring game, next season. Go Gators.

That article is trash. We'll see who's the best over the next 4 years in recruiting and on the field.

It is too early to know who truly won, but I will say that I am happy with how it turned out.

Good article on just how average Taggart is.
Written by a guy from SEC Country. No bias at all

TJ and a Nole fan agree, not the first time.
Taggart with Cristobol and Leavitt is scary, Taggart with a hodgepodge random assortment of otherwise mediocre coaches and a few good ones. Obviously we need to see how things shake out, but I love our SEC laden staff, even without Ja'Juan Seider (I'm a little miffed about this one, personally, but the last time I was miffed it was over Corral).

TJ seems like a great person. I may nominate him for a Nobel peace prize.

Really says something about a poster when he's the favorite poster of your rivals' collective fanbases.

Indeed. Hopefully Florida and FSU get good enough to be playing for the National Championship by the end of the year like the good ol' days. Can't let Miami back into it.

The 90's were fun. Highly ranked match every year

You're right. An article using common sense and facts that counter youre idiocy must be bad. Taggart is a shite hire. Average coach, average recruiter. His history proves it. At least Mullen was the best in his schools history and showed his merit by continuous success at an incredibly bad program. I know you forget how bad Miss State was. It's because of Dan. He made Miss State so relevant, you forgot how bad they once were. Six years. One season over 4 wins.
Taggart on the other hand was a worse coach than Levitt. Who despite being in a better conference with USF, recruited better AND did better on the field.

No truer words. Taggart has literally never won a Bowl Game.
69 - 46 at fricking Mississippi State in the hardest division in college football.
vs.
47 - 50 with one year of P5 experience (7 - 5)
Then TJ has the stupidity to say Taggart has a history of building up programs like Mullen didn't put MSU on the map again and go into Vanderbilt levels of darkness.
So we're talking about a coach who was at an SEC school with a winning record being a worse hire than one who has only had one year of P5 HC experience that's never actually won a bowl or anything big for that matter.
Gee, it's so close.

He cherry picked stats like a motherfricker. Am I really gonna have to break these 2 down?

That's so sweet, I hope Fsucks never wins another football game. I would pull for ISIS if they played the Semiholes and would learn Arabic to lead the cheers!
Dark days are coming for our little sisters to the West, and I can't wait to watch it happen.

I'll know it's you if I hear Allahu Akbar at a game

Not me, but I will be the one yelling "FSU sucks" in Arabic.

Please do. Lets hear your idiotic, unsubstantiated rant about how a losing record question mark is better than the best coach in Miss State history. Sherrill was 75-75 and won the West with an 8-4 record. So don't even try saying he was better you will look a fool.

Nah, bro, WKU and USF are the real deal fam. MSU is chump change -- you know, a coach in an actual P5 conference his entire tenure who broke several barriers for MSU.
We must respect the guy who, in spite of being at multiple schools has never even won a bowl. While people may say that this isn't important, it absolutely is.
Mullen's skeleton staff beat Louisville which says a lot.
