I predicted 9-3 and I would like to downgrade that to 8-4. If we can't run the ball every game is going to be a struggle. I was hoping our OL wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be and I think was sadly right in that prediction. Franks and the RB's are in for a long season I am afraid.

But, this is just a game one reaction. Miami's front 7 could be one of the best in the country and we can possibly do much better going forward. I reserve the right to be optimistic after the UT Martin game.

Michigan and Texas, both ranked in the Top 10, did not play well at ALL, yet no one is really talking about them.

I think more people watched us because it was the only game on, therefore more analyzation. I didn’t see either one of those other 2 games. Hopefully Mullen has settled down the acting out this week and we will get some W’s.

The running game didn't start out strong in 2018 either, I think it will get better.

We'll know in the UK game. If UF is going to compete for SEC east they will need to be 5-0 heading into the Auburn game and from what I can tell, UK is the only team on the schedule as good as Miami that could knock them off.

UK lost a lot on defense, their entire secondary, best DL and a top LBer. Couple that with the loss of the best RB in the SEC and 2 OL...they aren't the same. QB play goes way south when they are forced to throw.

They will fight hard but cant compete with us after 3rd qt.
We should prevail and start another 31 game winning streak.

AU has great DL but offensively they still have a true frosh QB who face a fierce pass rush. Their run game is still in question and once we force them into throwing situations....baby Nix will be make ill advised throws.

HE threw up a lot of "jump balls" basically vs Oregon and Oregon got a couple. He could have thrown 4-5 picks easy in that game if Oregon had elite corners.

He got pressured a decent amount as well if I remember correctly...and that we can do as well as any team in the country

Auburn will be a fun game. Can't wait to be there for that game

Every game UF has played against UK has been close except for the random 2016 game where UF destroyed them.

I expect another close hard fought game.
