Black called the move “low key disrespectful,” adding that he would not be mad if the recruit did not have on a Florida uniform at the time. James posed the question of how former coach Urban Meyer would have handled the move. Black said, “he probably would’ve got sick again.”

The screenshot appeared from a video stream by 247Sports Composite four-star cornerback Jaden Davis out of Fort Lauderdale (Fla.) St. Thomas Aquinas. Davis is the No. 32 overall recruit in Florida with 50 percent of early Crystal Ball predictions sending him to the Gators.
