Start being really optimistic...UF wants to avenge the beatdown embarrassment of last year in Jax. Win that and there are four games left in regular season..Mizzou & USC at HOME in a LOUD Swamp....I kinda like our chances. Then Idaho gets french fried and on to the girls school where we show them what a pass rush really is.

Since the coaches only dropped UGA four spots in their poll (Lord knows we would have been dropped 10 places) if we beat UGA (which I felt back in the spring), we will be in top ten probably 7th or 8th. There will be teams dropping games trust me. We win our final four games (a strong possibility) then guess who be ranked at least top 3? That's right ...Gators.

Trey Dean is a true frosh who arrived as good as advertised Thank God. He has gotten better each game and was like Marco & CJ Henderson as true frosh, gamer.

The ace in the hole for us is the fierce pass rush we can unleash on Fromm or Fields. LSU showed that Fromm is a house of cards and never had to worry much about pass rushes last year or even this year until yesterday. UGA lost 31 upperclassmen from last years team....that's a helluva lot of talent.

We now have offense with pair up with a really good defense. Stop the run and game is over. LSU showed how to do it by pounding them for almost 300 yds rushing.
Jordan and Perine and Pierce with added Franks and Toney's runs help us get the Jawja defense tired in second half. If we get a two score lead they will stop running as much and then Polite/Zuniga/Joseph/Moon bring the heat. I'm wondering if because of the damn unsportsman flag does Joseph sit out a half? Its not targeting so Im not sure.

He will have to sit out the first half. had the foul occurred in the second half, he would have missed the entire next game. i am pretty sure that is the rule.

That's the question and folks are probably wrong...he will miss some time we cant afford in the first half Im afraid.

He is a great player (although I remember a poster saying he was just average in preseason) but has a hot temper and he isn't the only one...Dean is like that and the coaches need to chew their asses out.

Why was Josephs so upset about being ejected? I was just watching a little of that game and noticed it.

Wow, I've never heard of that rule. So because he already had one they assigned the second one to him? I'd be pissed too if I didn't earn it. At least it was the first half so he can play this game.

Not only that. He stayed away from the entire incident. He was near the bench with a trainer the entire scuffle lol. Kid got kicked out for staying out of a scrum..first time ever possibly.

Finch, the WHOLE team was given an unsportsman penalty and when you have already had one from earlier in the game..it automatically DQs you. I hope they appeal it, it was mind blowing that the refs did this. A young head ref. I can kinda understand the need to restore order...but you don't have to resort to this. It would have been better to get coaches and tell them that players are going to be ejected if they screw up going forward.

It will hurt us to have Joseph suspended for a half.
