We scored 32 but probably could've scored 50 with any sort of redzone production.
Appleby does not look nearly as good as Del Rio in the action he's seen.

I caught a little bit of Appleby at Purdue.
He's not an SEC caliber QB.
We are in trouble if Del Rio can't go next week.

I think Del Rio has a sprained MCL. Gonna be six weeks at the minimum IMO.

I know Appleby hasnt looked good in the limited time he has been out there, but dont sell him short...he has been through spring and summer and has learned the offense. We can still beat UT with a basic run first offense and let our defense smother UT.
I think we are going to see # 24 get a lot of carries in this offense...remember we have the best kicking game in the SEC and our punter can boom them deep. I know you guys wanna see 50 passes a game but thats not what we need...just run and run, then throw if necessary and punt if we have to. Conservative? Yes but all we have do is beat UT....and believe me our defense will smother em.
I feel so bad for JDR...he has worked so damn hard and then a cheap shot changes everything. Trask isnt ready yet and he needs to start prepping is case Appleby goes down.
Memo to TJ: stop hating on coaches dude....it was the tight end blocking # 18 that got LDR...not a LT...not Summers fault and not Goolsby's fault.

How long does it take to diagnose a knee injury? They could've taken an MRI and let us know before the game was over last night.
