I agree, those are off season changes. hard to find a replacement in the middle of a season.

i read that as if he knew in may 2023 that he was going to need to fire at least one OL coach, fire/replace the ST coach (couch), and hire an OC.
maybe that was his plan in the beginning in December 2021. get through these 2 years and start making the moves.
he might be hiring a new WR coach, too. i think billy g only got a 1 year contract.

Napier like Norvell needs to show he can get it done. If you didn't in the first 2 it should be your last chance as there are no excuses in full year 3 not to be going at least 8-4 regular season at a place like UF.

Finebaum is on the SEC channel this morning trying to destroy our recruiting class. Basically telling recruits they should jump ship if we lose to Mizzu and FSU.
