I also believe that they will take some offensive lineman, defensive ends and some oversized linebackers on the current roster and cross train them into defensive tackles.

I have way less worries with Mullen at the helm. If he doesn’t get some guys in he will have a backup plan ready to go.

Perhaps they thought Moore would commit instead of just saying we're his top?? We'll see

Nobody who's made it this far would (publicly) commit before NSD if they knew they were guaranteed a spot.

I have 0 faith in Moore. I think he just loves Tracy Rocker and will always find a reason to go to Auburn because of it.

Moore moved us up to number 1 on his list after the visit. Apparently we pushed academics well with him and he really appreciated that.

So there is hope. He is the biggest want for me on our board even over Elam. We desperately need defensive line bodies, and badly. Elam is a close second for the guys we seem to have a good shot with.

I'd take Pickering over all of them if I had a choice

Doesn't mean much with 3 weeks to go, in-homes, etc.

I agree he would be a huge get at a position of need.

Pickering feels like a reach to me personally but what do I know. Kid is a stud I agree, just feel we have a much better shot with Moore.

Stop gnashing teeth and wringing hands over DTs please. I just don't think a lot of you realize what talent we have that will be with us for two more years.

Of course I want to a DT or two for depth and to start learning the system instead of being thrust into heavy rotation as much as Slaton, Conliffe and Kyree Campbell were. They will now be true juniors. It isn't easy when you aren't Bama or UGA to get players in when they know they probably wont start for a while.

Color me not worried about the DTs. I was very concerned about OL but we have 7 coming in and I pray that at least one or two can develop quickly to provide emergency service in case of injury. Next year we will get us some DTs and fill that need. Again, I would like to see at least one more added to build depth for future.

Honestly, I think the class is great if we land Elam. I guess I understand because we've had monster defensive line classes for years and years, but at this point I'm very happy with the class that we have as long as we add Elam and (as an addendum) MAR.

WR we're set.

RB we're set.

APB we're set with MAR.

QB Jalon what? We're set.

OL we're set, seven should be enough, all good or decent.

DL could use one more body, but next year is the year we need someone.

LB Outstanding LB class.

DB Outstanding DB class -- if we add Elam.

I mean really if we have a reason to complain it's for WR and DT specifically. Add Mark Anthony Richards (MAR) and a Blue Chip DL and this is an extremely solid class since every position will have at least one Blue Chip signed.

I also like to be successful at everything we do and would like to see us finish with a class ranked as high as possible. I don’t know how many times I have heard a recruit pick Alabama and say they want to go against the best every day in practice. Well there is no reason Alabama should recruit better than Florida. We have advantages that they do not have and we should be taking them to the woodshed, not the other way around.

Y'all thirsty AF about this shite.

It was probably just Moore naming us his leader.

No 2019 big time recruit is going to publicly commit between now and NSD. It is too close to the attention they would get from NSD when everyone is paying attention.

Recruiting "insiders" always over sell what they know.

Manual would be great news though.

I literally go on cruise control until LOIs are signed. Anything outside of that is just white noise. Until these dudes sign people are getting excited/deflated over nothing.
