I will again come to the defense of the UF defense last year, Sherit was injured at times, as well as others on the DL with minor things that never were reported...but the numero uno reason we dropped defensively was the back seven being full of frosh and the entire offense a three and out machine and a special teams return unit not so special.
Defense can make an offense look bad and versa. The main reason we didn't finish better than 75th in the country in rushing was lack of great play calling and an abundance of 2nd and 3rd and longs. No reason this team cannot finish in the top 12 rushing with more experience on the OL and a stable of very very good runners and wide receivers to keep defenses honest.

The defense will be fine. Both starting safeties returned, all starting LBers, at least 6 players on the defensive line have started or played significant time and two of three CBs are back (along with Gardner-Johnson at NB).
Offense will probably be fine, too. Our line literally can't be worse, our QBs won't magically regress and our RBs are the best they've ever been -- and we have a freak of nature TE.
If we can get at least solid QB play, 9 - 10 wins isn't crazy.

Is Mycah Pittman trending to Oregon or are people too caught up in Twitter bullshite?

No one knows, and I mean -- everyone shold take a step back. Like these kids usually do things like this to make the choice seem more lucrative.
All I know is that the staff feels really good about Pittman, if we miss out on him it's probably more about location rather than anything else.
On TWitter they're referring to The Oregon WR coach saying he "loved" a text he received, Mullen shared a post from Pittman. To me, it probably doesn't mean anything either way.

Confirmed today that he was actually talking about a Receiver from IMG academy and not Pittman. We're still in this.
Guys in Cali think he's going to Oregon, guys from Florida think he's coming to Florida. I personally think it's Florida, but OOS can be hard to predict.
I think he's just building suspense for his commitment.

To me, it is not Pittman building up the drama. It is the recruiting writers. They have to make up something like recently Steele "eliminating" UF per a USCe mod, then Steele replying to him directly than he has not eliminated UF.

That's also true, I hadn't thought of that. I don't think this is nearly as much of a "decision" as many are making it out to be. The only school that Pittman has been consistently in contact with has been Florida. I know 247 is kind of reeling and a lot of people have been unsubscribing these days, too.

Higdon is going to take a huge cut out of their subs when he launches his site. He is the only one on the UF side with UF coaching sources.

I will say that Sticcs (he's the guy who chofers certain recruits to and from Gator events) is really close to him. Not saying that he won't go to USC, but he also started to Retweet Sticcs and you ought to check who he has in his Profile Pic.
This is the second time a reporter allegedly had inside information and it turned out to be false about Steele, both times he was defending Florida's program.
Never have I said Florida was out of the picture, if they don't have a story they'll make one up. smh

It sounds like Steele committed to USC. The writer went public with it when Steele has a upcoming commitment date (7/7). The writer fricked that up and burned his source.

I'll believe it when I see it. He's lying to someone, and I believe the guy who shares his profile picture with Steele over some random USC writer who didn't even know Steele had a commitment video.
Me, someone with no sources, knew about his commitment video on the 7th. It's now the 26th. I'm exponentionally less worried, but it doesn't mean he won't go to USC.
