Why is this Miami fan trolling a seldom used uf recruiting thread?

Really great recruiting week. Now if Florida could add some star power on defense to match I'll cream my shorts.

Yeah, kinda short on defensive talent lately. I love all of Macs offensive classes so far. 2018 is shaping to be the best on offense- across the board, at every position.

Defense is leaving a little to be desired. But I trust the staff and think they are good at evaluating who they want. We're going to land ours. I think we'll be fine.

4 star Nesta Silveria at DT is probably gonna flip to us from Miami

4 star Dante Stills at DT is trending towards us

4 star DE/OLB Andrew Chatfield is expected to flip to us from Ohio State

4 star ILB David Reese (yes, another one) is between us and Miami and we lead.

Beyond this, I'd like to see a couple defensive ends. Another linebacker. And another DB. Maybe Tyreke Johnson, Channing Tindall, and idk at DE, but those guys seem more like stretches. Should be interesting though we will see.

Not happening on the Nesta front. He's a solid commit.

We're not an option for Reese, so he's all your guys'. Personally I like him, but hes really just an athlete. In his HL tape, he doesn't have the Pop you like to see with LBs. Randy Russell is more powerful than he is.
The two LBs were focusing on are Patrick Joyner (committed to FSU) and Rosendo Louis. We might only have room for one Lb this class though.

In what way am I trolling?
I posted like the week before your guys FNL camp that Corral would 100% try to commit to you guys but you shouldn't accept it due to his character redflags. Those redflags make him not worth the effort because he's a QB. If it was a DT, I'd say yeah take the risk. Hell if it was a DT, I would not give a frick at all if he were beating people up at school (still wouldn't like the showing up drunk to a campus thing...)

I use this sight because I like keeping up with recruiting and with this sight I can keep tabs on all the SEC teams/recruits without paying for shitty 247. Plus I think I've had solid discussion.

My only question is, where does this put us with Schwartz and Cope. I know Schwartz is a slot guy but numbers are limited and we need other positions as well. What say you?

Nah...your input has been interesting and I think all of us appreciate the heads up about Corral and to show our appreciation

:moon:

J/K kinda sorta. Keep posting Ibis.

Memo to others....defense will be fine...we only need a few tweaks here and there. We got some pretty good D recruited last Feb that will surprise some. We have young LBs who are going to stars soon imo and we got a nice haul in the secondary..Carter is going to be better than most realize on the DL...but I agree we need more help there. Next year we will be searching for great LBs especially in numbers.

I see nothing but a yellow brick road with my O&B glasses

Could Jalynn play defense or was he strictly a Wr target for us? Listed as an athlete.

Copeland is trolling on twitter now. Said since we got Chase he's taking his talents elsewhere.

Copeland commits within the next three days, Schwartz commits soon, Thornton turned away, we drop Williams and I could see us dropping Gammage too. I know the staff is higher on Gammage though so that'll be interesting.

WR board is filling up fast

Wait til Feb 2019 when we have the success I believe we will have this year on the field...it will start to open a lot more doors.

A pattern of success is a pattern of success. Although we haven't quite gotten to the level we all want and covet...remember "we are the kicking the door down"
