Question: I was buying a mini pack for a friend of mine who lives out of state and wants to try to come to a few games this season, and I saw that the Vandy game was listed at 7:00pm. Is that official?

The Florida and Miss State games both say TBA for the time, but I didn't realize the Vandy time had already been determined. Does anyone know? My friend lives in Virginia, so the later the game, the better for him unless he comes down on Friday night.

If it's on the internet, it's official

Are you following the guidelines of the State Farm commercial that everything you read on the internet is true?

I believe it's official but still not set in stone obviously with the weather and unforeseeable conditions. ESPN can't change listed game times just to fill their schedule. Although for unlisted times they can switch not only times that may be projected for the games, but they can even switch dates, like moving a game to Thursday night.

To mess this up though for you more, TheBigSpur lists the start time as 6 p.m., but Rivals says it's 7 p.m. and then ESPN says it's 7 p.m. as well, so there is not a consensus.

I only live an hour away, so not really an issue. Just noticed it on the ticket and the guy I bought them for lives in VA. I prefer night games early in the season, because even though its been chilly in SC for this time of year, you can bet your arse it will be 114 degrees when we play UNC on that Thursday night.

My understanding is that it is pretty much set in stone. Of course, i could be wrong...
