the pro for hiring Beamer is he won’t try to coach a side of the ball. You know with him he will give total autonomy to each coordinator .

Wonder what happens with Doty, Hilinski, and Stockton. We’ll definitely keep one, possibly two, we won’t have all 3.
Selfishly, I want us to keep Doty, since he’s a Carolina boy. Hilinski is a great kid and I hope he’s able to go someplace where he’ll start and make the NFL.

Hiring a guy like chadwell might keep Connor Shaw on staff to work with Doty which would help immensely with Stockton.
