re: State of Gamecock recruiting for 2020

Someone started a wild azz rumor that Burch would be committing on the 13th because that's his mom birthday. As secretive as he is with his recruiting is anyone buying this? I believe he has a ways to go before deciding but once he does, he'll shut it down. Joey Hunter deciding tomorrow should be us. Murphy deciding the 8th should be us. Bell, a current Florida commit, is expected to flip to us and announce soon. Tisdol doesn't look to be a take for Auburn so it looks like us. He says December date but I expect it much sooner. He's not a take for Georgia. We have the #2 punter coming in the last of the month. Kal Kroeger. I think he commits shortly afterwards. Feaster should be ours as soon as he finishes classes at clemsun. Worried about Tank. Georgia starting to get interested. Numbers are getting tight. It will be interesting how the coaches make it work.

I had heard the Mother's birthday thing. Wonder if that happens or not.

Myles Murphy ... fingers crossed.
Tisdol is dragging it out hoping UGA offers.
Kai Kroeger may pull the trigger for us right after his visit. It's looking pretty good as of this morning. Cudos to Hustler for this one.
Okay, so Feaster. Occassionally I still teach pistol classes. One of my students last week was a current RB on the team. He implied that Feaster is going to be a Gamecock. He was pretty wary of what he shared but he all but assured me that Feaster is coming here. He told me some other things too that I promised not to repeat. I'll just add this. Coach Brown is, evidently, something really special as a RB coach ... really special. These guys love him. Everything is crystal clear, makes sense, etc. This group seems to be really focused. An entirely new perspective. Goal oriented.
Tank is still leaning our way. Have faith in Brown and BMac to reel him in. It's going to go down to the wire with him but we're in good shape right now.

Are you claiming that we are picking up all of these guys within the time frame you listed/date you've given for each recruit respectively?
They are done deals. Give or take a day or two because you never know with recruiting, but these are things that are actually happening from within the program.

and feasters already in and has our playbook, but wont announce til late July since graduation for Clemson is later.
Things change in recruiting so if you dont want my info then fine i wont post it. But as of today, Hunter, Bell, Murphy, Burch and Tisdol are OURS, and Feaster for 2019

Don't take offense. We are all Gamecocks sharing information and stating opinions. I really hope the birthday commitment and Burch prove to be correct. Stranger things have happened. The Lloyd commitment even caught Muschamp by surprise. By all means, keep sharing. Go Cocks

Alright, just seemed like a "meh dont beleive you" tone.
Everything still looks good. Hunter commits to us tomorrow at 1

Also the myles murphy thing has been constant with us. No one outside of UNC beleives hes going there, so if he does itll be a surprise. Our inside guys still have him as a silent. Warren but a CB in for UNC but he is usually a contrarian whos just hearing UNC talk alot. Alot of talk have me nervous but the guys I talk to havent shaken for a second about it.
if you see a CB from Morell, Wiltfong, or Clark, thatll mean something has changed heavily against us. But dont panic yet.

I've heard that some consider Carter the top db in the state of Georgia and I've expected Murphy to be in our camp for some time. Speaking of Murphy he is fast and violent off the line. Boom will have a nasty sec line within 2 years.

Also I played with the class calculator and with the addition of Murphy Burch Bell Hunter and Tisdol, it would put us at 5th in the nation. With our full class and everyone elses full class I expect about a top 10-15 finish. Which would be one of our best finishes ever and alot to build on.

I have a very queasy, uneasy feeling about this little bit of tidbit. I just don't like the idea of a former Clemson Tiger joining the team, but also the idea of a former Clemson Tiger having our playbook while he's still at Clemson makes my skin crawl.
Knowing how hard the coaching staff there works to cheat, that is really a strange thing. And I know that a team NEVER plays out its whole playbook in any one game, so there'll be a guessing game as to whatever gameplan we'll have for them when we play them, but with all the huge evaluator/analysts staffs for the major programs these days, I could see them putting 4-5 guys on doing nothing but learning our terminology, and being prepared for us in November....
I'm over-reacting, I know. But that's just.....uuugh.....
