Someone on Twitter suggested we nickname him Sack Pickens...I can hear Willy B erupting in "SAAAAAAAAACCCCCKKKKKK!!!!!" already.

I wouldn't call it selling out at all considering who we still have left on the board as possible/likely committments.

The dudes a beast. He could have gone anywhere. And yet he chose to stay instate and play for the Gamecocks. Not to mention we took him from Dabo's backyard. Pickens lives about 20 minutes from Clemson and grew up a Clemson fan. Call it payback for XT. The harder those assholes melt, the more giddy we get. And they're damn near Chernobyl levels right now.

Let us have our fun. It's about time we get our chance to do so.

This is shaping up to be a strong class, top-to-bottom. We are not allowed to be giddy about taking a 5* right out from under the noses of the taterheads, in their own backyard? Especially considering who is still remaining on our board, several of which we have a damn good shot at landing.

Strange coming from a member of a fanbase who exaulted each and every new commit Kirby landed in this past class. I mean it was a daily lovefest ... the 3*s were the best 3*s, the 4*s were the best 4*s and so on and so forth.

Just seems a little hypocritical of you is what I'm trying to express here.

I mean that's how most women justify pathological hypocrisy and double-standard remarks (excluding CG of course) ... by completely dodging the logical point.

We're enjoying the Pickens commit and most of us believe there will be more to come. Hell, his commit could not have come at a better time considering our big visit weekend coming-up.

We recognized y'all's reason to be giddy, to enjoy the process ... would appreciate it if you allowed us to be a little giddy right now, especially here in our own home on the SECr. Show a little respect will you.

How do you think UGA fans would have reacted had Pickens announced for UGA yesterday, over Clemson, right in their backyard? You signed four last year, have three already committed this year, correct? I just perused the recruiting board and noted UGA fans being pretty damn giddy when Hassleblad, Smith and Blaylock committed. Are you claiming they would have meh'd a Pickens commit?
