re: State of SC, Basketball - Coryusc2008
Martins inability to secure commitments from instate players have led to his downfall
This is the thing that's holding him back. The talent that has gone else where from instate is ridiculous. ...

re: State of Gamecock recruiting for 2020 - Coryusc2008
Yeah I saw where someone asked the recruit who posted his LSU photo shoot if Burch was there as well & he said yeah he's right here. Rumor on LSU site is he flew out this morning with his Mom & Huntley. LSU is trying to convince momma to trust them & get her more comfortable about JB leaving the sta...
One of the big leaders of the African American community in Columbia is Senator Daryl Jackson. His son is a leader in aau baskerball and has actively pushed players away from the Gamecocks. He has admitted such.
This is the biggest thing IMO why we struggle to get these kids from...

Interested in your thoughts on Kaba. He's the highest rated ILB since 2002. With Brunson gone there will be PT available. I know he's still recovering from his injury but should be full speed by summer....

re: State of Gamecock recruiting for 2020 - Coryusc2008
Everybody from UGA, LSU, Clemson & SC feels like they have a legit shot at signing him 2mr. Which is amazing his family has been able to keep things so hush in this day in age. All of the insiders don't really have a firm prediction. My guess is he shocks the nation & picks us. ...

"Also on another Bama note, there is talk that Clemson is out for Jordan Burch with the same talk having South Carolina trending, with LSU also feeling confident. I have not heard any real buzz about Burch and Bama up to this point. But that is a very quiet situation by design." -- TW Saw this on...

Bentley vs UNC - Coryusc2008
https://youtu.be/RBIuXX55mXo He didn't play well, but he was running for his life most of the time. The Oline play was hard to watch. Stanley should've stayed at center & played Rhodes at guard. Manos is just to small still....

re: 2019 Football Season Thread (4-8, 3-5): Season Over - Coryusc2008
Woke up with this emptiness feeling in my stomach. Like what the frick just happen yesterday. No way a team that went 2-9 last year, first year head coach, OC, & DC. True FR QB & had guys suspended on D for a half beats us. Like no way. Jake has 35+ starts under his belt now. How the frick does a ...

re: Season Predictions, week by week .... - Coryusc2008
Assuming we stay healthy this season (knock on wood) we should see Champ's most talented team. Defense returns a bunch of experience & depth. Mix in some really good Fr. I haven't been this excited about our front 7 since early 2010s. Key here is just staying healthy in the secondary, can't afford t...
