Yeah, and that ain't happening.
And I goofed when I misinterpreted CG's post about Thompson vs Thomas. Jumped to a conclusion.
No way in hell is XT flipping. But we're still in the hunt for a pretty good class and the KJ thing is real. We'll just have to wait and see how it plays-out on the 20th.

This year hurt with Dabo being himself and out top 2 Recruiting rivals both making the playoffs. But it was a win cause we are showing progress, kids are taking notice an Dabo is starting to scramble....we wear CAROLINA kids want that. boom and Co know this and we will be back just give them time, Rome wasn't built in a day or 2 years. Once they start making these 3 and 4 stars top 3 round picks kids will want to come, everyone is too quick to say they cant recruit. Yet they don't take all the variables into account

our class is going to end extremely well. We are looking good for the following:
Jaycee Horn
Bryce Thompson
JoVaughn Gwyn
Rick Sandidge
Dylan Wonnum
Jarrett Jackson
Rosendo Louis
Half of those guys are blue chippers. I know some are disappointed about Tindall and what I am about to say is in no way any indication that I don't want the guy because that would flat be a lie. However, there have been numerous people saying that the staff is just as high on the capability of Rosendo Louis as they are on Tindall and because Tindall has been used more as a pass rusher, that Louis would require less development to see the field. Again, if we could get both, I'd take both in a heart beat, but it is one of those situations where: a) Tindall is looking less likely and b) because Louis doesn't have that 4th star some in our fanbase will see that as settling. Yes Tindall is in our backyard and we should be able to get those guys. However, despite being in our back yard, we did offer Louis first for a reason.

Unrelated factoid.
Of the 19, I believe, currently committed, something like 15 of those guys are Early Enrollees who will be here in a month. Being able to have that many guys go through bowl practice is invaluable to building the depth we lack. Don't forget, we had 2 freshman who were EE's last year who would have been in the 2 deep this year if not for injury. Jaylin Dickerson and Tavyn Jackson.

I counted 9 EE's on 247's list. There were 15 guys who are taking advantage of the early signing period, which is great for your staff to go ahead and wrap them up, but that doesn't mean they're enrolling early.

ah mother fricker. I thought that new icon on the 247 profile was an EE indicator. Son of a bish

It's great to go ahead and get 15 signed in the early period.
And 9 is still a lot of early enrollees. I can't ever remember having that many

Looks like Jarrett Jackson might end up at FSU now. Lots of crystal balls rolling in for him.

Can’t wait to see how his career goes.
We really need to turn up the heat on the O-Line.
We need to finish with Gwyn and Wonnum or else this class will be built on a house of cards.

I just saw Bryce Thompson’s highlight reel. DB or WR I want him returning kicks for us in the future.

We need to finish with any combination of (IMHO):
Wonnam
Gerald
Tindall
Horn
Sandidge
Henry
... or one of the two kids we're still after currently committed to FSU.
I trust Wolford with who he has so far on the OLine. He's got a good eye for talent and he can coach'em-up. How many OLine commits do we already have? Three? Four? How many do we lose this year? One? Two?

We have 4 as of right now and can/will sign up to 6 with Gwyn and Wonnum still on the board.
3. DJ Park, Corey Helms, Alan Knott.

Really doubt we take Gerald unless we miss on Jarrett, Jarrett is ghe better talent and is HS not juco

Gerald is thoroughly enjoying the recruiting process. Last week he tweeted that if the Vols got him to a certain # of followers that he'd basically be theirs and then today posted a pic of him in a Louisville uni and said something about how much they adore him. The only fanbase I have not seen him do this to is ours.

Thanks GC88 ... so we'll take Wonnum but that's probably it. I can never remember us taking 6 Olinemen in a single class even in the days of 30+ classes.
Mike, that kid you are talking about. Is he the one committed to Louisville at the moment? The DE out of South Florida?
CG, that doesn't read good. If he's doing that then I guess we don't really want him. Too much of a prima donna. He could screw-up chemistry.

Exactly, Rooster. This guy seems like a massive attention whore who thinks it should all be about him and him only. He's trouble. Do. Not. Want.
