Anyone hearing anything exciting/worrisome? Boys started fall camp this week, trying to get my fix and this board is deader than dead.

yeah honestly, id love to know the feeling within the program. How the offense looks, how quickly they are picking things up. Speed/Size of dudes.
Last season got me overconfident so just anything would be great

Ok I've got news from someone that is at the practice. Stewart and the left tackle transfer are not practicing. The DT group are the best we have ever had...3 deep. Harbor has gotten very physical and with his speed that's scary. Was told that Briles is exactly what Sellers needed and will be a top pick. Cutter is a solid #2 QB no one is close. If Sellers gets hurt we are in good hands. LB group are very fast. Secondary is talented but thin as far as depth.

at first I thought you were just giving us beamer clips, but then I kept reading and it got me really excited again!!

Update: Still no kicker. Hasn't decided on a return man yet. Please let Briles score Touchdowns because I ain't real high on Matthew Smiley

This year has been oddly quiet for us on this board. Idk if that makes me worried or not.
When I watch these pressers at points I feel like Shane is really confident, but then he mentions the kickers and it definitely worries me

Our defense is going to be 2024 quality. Our offense will be much better. Kickers ...who knows

We're all burned out. After the collapse last year and the past decade post spurrier, along with the current state of college football I'm just not emotionally invested anymore.
I'll still watch and root for them obviously but I just don't have high hopes for this season. I hope I'm proven wrong.

Well we just got a kicker grad transfer from Houston today so that's interesting. Wonder if he'll swoop in and grab the spot.

Beamer just signed a 5th year kicker from Houston. Ethan Sanchez. I heard he told the other kickers he was going to do that because they sucked... guess it was true

Rumor from another board is he set up a fg at 45 yards and all 3 missed it so he did it again and once again all missed so he used a bullhorn on the field yelling he was going to sign another portal kicker

That doesn't sound like the Shane we know... but if I was on the hot seat I reckon I might get that frustrated. Shane doing everything he can to win which I like to see.
