NIL in the state of SC

Just read that the state of SC is expected to repeal all laws governing the use of NIL. Since the NIL regulations leave it up to each state to determine governing the use, this pretty much allows each University in SC to do as they please.

It would be better if they said all Universities that share a border with Georgia can't use NIL.....

This is needed because the word is our NIL offers are less than other schools.

From what the interview/article implied, Carolina has been anticipating the repeal of our state laws happening and is ready to go.

There is absolutely no reason why our NIL program isn't ahead of the farmers school in the upstate

We've had NIL. We had laws governing how it could be used, tho, as most states do. South Carolina is now planning to repeal the laws the state had in place telling our schools what we could and could not do with it, leaving it solely up to each school's discretion with regards to how they use NIL.
