Damn dude. Just read that on the OT but wanted to post my condolence over here as I feel this is a more personal space for all of us. In my case, even tho mom and dad live 2000 miles away, my mom is my biggest supporter in life and my rock and from the little bit you've told us I know the same is true for you as well. My wife lost her parents several years ago and she's told me she's had moments where she's gone to pick up the phone and realized that they aren't there any more. My parents are in their 80's, and frankly I'm dreading that time.

There is nobody that will ever fill the hole in your heart. There is nobody that will ever love you as much as your mom. But your mom will live on in your memories, so hold tight to them. We've never met, but I still feel a kinship to you, and all of our posters on our little corner of the internet. If I could give you a virtual bro hug, I would. Please take care of yourself. One of the things my wife did after she lost her mom was she sought our consulting to help her deal with the grief. If was very good for her. So if you have a minister, or other professional you could talk to I would highly recommend it. Stay as strong as you can brother. We will be praying for you and your family.

My condolences man. I don't post much and there's no reason to know me on this board. But I do find your posts insightful and full of knowledge and I look forward to always reading the stuff you put out on football recruitment. With that being said, I just want you to know that there are people out there who you may not know that appreciate you and feel for you during these times. Good luck to you and your family.

Not doing good to be honest. We just had her funeral today. ( If you're interested the obituary is at Harris funeral home in Abbeville SC last name Hall.

She was my anchor and now I don't have one.
