actually not sure about this one. word of him possibly returning tells me not that he is coming back but that ole miss is shakier than originally thought

Look for the speedy 5'8" wr out of Greenville, Jackson Rep, to commit soon. Blazing fast and runs really good routes
Also look for another wr/the from our state to flip his commitment from Cincinnati to us in the near future.

I was looking for Jackson Repp to already commit but I think the staff has held him off because they feel they are going to flip Clark from FSU and feel good about one more receiver.

Appears that another elite WR is going to also reclassify. Gidron , from ridge view HS, and wants to play with Clark and Murph. Along with Rowe out of North Carolina and Lex Cyrus this would be the best wr group we have ever had in one class. That would be 5-4*.
Update: Jordan Gidron has announced he is reclassifying to 2025 and has committed to the Gamecocks! He was the #1 ranked player in SC in the 2026 class. Good size and extremely fast. We beat our Alabama Georgia, Oklahoma, Auburn and Notre Dame.

Truthfully, even if I'm disappointed in the on-field results, you kinda have to stick with Shane. He needs to learn, and needs to grow. His staff upgrades have been excellent (aside from Loggains, who isn't a bad OC, just a bad QB coach).
He has to learn. He can be successful(ish) here, but realistically, there isn't a HC candidate on the market who you can look at and say
1. He is a massive upgrade
2. He will actually accept the job
I wanted Chadwell back in 2021, but that ship has sailed. He'll go to UNC and be successful there. Much easier path, with most of the same benefits.
