From what I've seen recently, idk that butler is going to happen. He appears to be trending elsewhere. I did completely forget about kinlaw and Brad Johnson may be enjoying the process but he has always looked to me as someone looking for a reason to go elsewhere. Another poster made a good point in that, in the last couple of games we have gone to a decent amount of 3-4 looks. Maybe we are transitioning to that being more of a base than one of our more exotic looks.

I have a friend that teaches middle school in the upstate, and he thinks Johnson is going to VT.

I think that we should get Kinlaw back in the fold. What about Aaron Sterling? I know his name was hot at the beginning of the season.

I haven't seen much about him on our end lately, but wvu and the vols want him too.

He is scheduled to play in the Under Armor All American game and will OV to SC in January.

OG commit Eric Douglas was named the Charlotte area offensive lineman of the year at the 6th Annual Greater Charlotte Football Awards ceremony.

Well that is good to know! I must say I have never been hugely optimistic about our offensive lines with the exception of our winning years with SOS when we averaged like 340 across the line.

Very disappointed with Elliot not only because he sucks as a coach, he actually fricks himself over by recruiting projects instead of studs.

Isn't TJ Moore his more higher-rated HS OL teammate??

Yes ... pretty sure that's right, and point well taken.

Yep, RB. He won some award as the top RB in the state of Georgia.

I figured we would use him on the return game, but I wonder if he will come in and run jet sweeps or anything on offense? Seems like a weapon, although we need him far worse on defense than offense.

Interesting. Just speaks to his overall athletic ability and presence on the field. I imagine he might be getting some looks in the return game, but he is sorely needed on the defensive side of the ball so I would hope he stays there for the most part.

If we can somehow get Wyatt back in the fold and steal Gibbs, I would consider it a major success.

I know Boom and Lance T were visiting Wyatt when they went to see MJ Webb earlier this week.

we got another CB for Keisean Nixon today. I like the way he's trending. He's visiting 10rC this weekend and committing on the 17th. I like our chances though.

Pretty good speed yeah. Ball hawk, gets his head around in coverage. Also has good skills as a returner. His highlight film shows a lot of INTs but they are mostly from ducks thrown up by QBs. Also a lot of his pass breakups come on bad throws.

I think Muschamp sees potential in him but I don't see any huge things that make him stand out.

I believe he has interest in us primarily bc he knows King in some capacity.

Looks like we are in the final 2 for Chalmers as well.

He's the one I want more between the two. He's a good talent and I would love for him to come over and shut down Clemmy after having been kicked out. Weed is no biggie but those people up there would have you think otherwise.

I think it depends on who it is for them. as many times as Bryant has failed drug tests in the NFL you know he failed them there. Chalmers was just wasn't as high up on the list and they got to point to him and say that they discipline athletes.

Plus he's got 3 years of eligibility.
