So basically your saying that if she can't handle someone being extremely disrespectful ( it was a child she lost not a pet rock) that she should stop posting. Not a word of condemnation to the peron that's being disrespectful...smh.

Seems you have some repressed anger over my posting style. Especially considering this entire conversation originated from assholes who couldn't even be bothered to respect the subject I was discussing..without ANY hostility or trace thereof until they disrespected the death and birthday of my son. This fact seems to continue to elude you. That speaks to your character a helluva lot louder than any "angry schtick" anyone, anywhere could possibly have.

It blows my mind that some of you don't understand, lack any trace of empathy or remorse and continue to display what can only be described as a lack of respect for both a mother who has lost a child as well as the memory of that child. It's pretty revolting, vile and nauseatingly so. There are lines that shouldn't have to be spoken aloud to know that crossing them goes beyond acceptable limits.

It's ironic that y'all come after me bc of my posting style yet you would NEVER find me posting negatively regarding anything of this nature or close to it. Yet y'all have no problem doing it.

To be fair, I do agree with GetCocky.

Theres literally no chance anyone can legitimately upset me on a message board. Its a message board. If you get too upset, its probably best to re prioritize.

But as a general rule, its probably just best to not negatively post about anyone talking about someone in their life that died.

Also since this is the frickery thread and the grammys were last night. Has anyone seen A Star Is Born. That movie is bullshite, I watched it last night and wanted to break my TV.

Everyone needs to take a chill pill. Aren't we all on the same "team" here? I think the past few days worth of responses have show us, that on a venue like this, you never really know who your conversing/dealing with. You don't what they've been through or what will "set them off" so to speak. I've had my own challenges in life and there are quite a few things here that put me on guard and make me very cautious about proceeding. Even the title of this thread causes me some pause, and I'm leery about posting in it just because of that. Couldn't we just have called it "The official off topic thread" to the same effect? But I digress...

Ever since, well the UGA loss really, there's be a lot of animosity in the fan base. It was a weird season. The canceled Marshal game, 5 in a row to Kentucky, the Mizzou rain game, a heartbreaking loss to TA&M, the injury filled win at Ole Miss, the UF choke game, Losing to Clemson, again, and then the egg laid at the Belk Bowl. To top it off, the tigers won their 2nd Natty under Dabo. The point being, I think a lot of us are taking out our disappointment with regards to the 2018 season on each other. And that's just silly.

I guess what I'm trying to say, is can't we just be a little more respectful to each other? Is it really that hard? I'm here to keep up with the team(s) as best I can. I don't really do any other type of social media (FB, twitter, etc) so this is my best outlet to find out what's happening. I appreciate each and every one of you for what you contribute, but do we always have to do it with such a hard edge or cutting edge? Thanks for letting me "vent".

Lonnie, there is a huge difference in making a comment and not knowing how it may effect someone, because you don't know their past, then it is to have someone share a traumatic event in their life and have someone go out of the way to disrespect that person.

Just because we are all on the same team doesn't mean we all agree on everything.
