Kid outta Georgia? I thought he was solid with Arkansas? The old staff tried to get in on him but he wasn't interested.

This is not okay. Not at all. They need to talk to this kid and let him know what's what. Hope they don't drop the ball on this one. Wouldn't be good for Morris and it certainly wouldn't reflect well on the University or the new coaching staff.

I feel kind of spoiled now with all these new recruiting updates haha. I realize I shouldn't expect an update everyday but Boom has me hooked on recruiting news. It's been said before but this is pretty exciting.

I can shed a little light on this, in a broad fashion .... that might help us to understand some of this with a few players.
Our new coaches have either been on the road recruiting, or in the film room studying film of prospects.
When a new staff takes-over, it is not uncommon for them to find some previously committed recruits who, perhaps, they may not feel fits their system.
When that happens, when they see a kid who they believe may not fit their system, they can't just go-in and tell the kid his offer is retracted, that would look bad. So instead, the only way they can do things sometimes, is not to call or visit the kid hoping he'll look elsewhere. It's a fairly common practice.
Let's face it, the last staff did not necessarily have the greatest eye for talent these past few years. Not sure what happened in this case, but who knows ... I suspect it may have something to do with that.
I know for a fact that this new staff has been relentless evaluating film, working crazy hours well into the night and early every morning. It's really been amazing to see these guys working like this - incredible even. Talk about blue collar hard work that was promised ... they are giving it to us.

I would imagine practices are going to be pretty intense. Off-season weight room too. The big question for me is going to be game day coaching. There were some flaws in the old Muschamp methodology ... hopefully he'll have those ironed-out by next fall.
Oh, and expect a few transfers here and there after Spring Practice. From what I understand some of these players he's retaining are remaining here on a trail basis.

Scrolling through some of these tweets by these players were contacting and offering, you know who I keep seeing? CJ Freeman. He's following up on all these guys we're offering, I like that, it shows leadership, and that's what we desperately need from some players on the roster next year.
