What the hell is up with St. John's?
They beat Syracuse by 12 and then 5 days later (yesterday) they lost to Incarnate Word.

They may be a team that plays up and down to their opposition....they also lost to a Div II team in an exhibition. But also, Syracuse wasn't having the typical Syracuse season even before Jim Boeheim was suspended: they started the season un-ranked, and got into the rankings by beating some weaker OOC opponents. The interim HC is now 2-2 thus far, with one of the losses to St. John's.
But I'm sure the Red Storm were able to get their competitive juices flowing a bit for their old Big East rival. Hopefully they won't have the same fire for our game....
