Actually, I am currently enrolled at Texas as a junior and I moved to Austin 3 years ago from New Orleans. Pretty sure you couldn't even earn a degree from LSU, let alone Texas. The Likelihood that you could even get admitted to Texas is small too.

They are weird though. Not Austin weird, like recluses-released-back-into-society weird.
