I mean, seriously, what is a coach gonna say? "yeah I hope to build a mediocre program and I really wanted 2 or 3 other jobs but had to settle for this one".

In my opinion I want to hear something that makes the guy standout individually. The coach speak bores are the ones that you know are in over their heads.
