LB was our biggest area of need so this is a big pickup for us. Back to Back first team all conference in CUSA.

His JR season (which was his last full year) he tallied 102 tackles and 21.5 loss which led FBS. This landed him on the preseason lists for Butkus, Bednarik and Nagurski Awards. In 20 CUSA only played 5 games but he led the conference in tackles.

Drink is cleaning up (and filling needs) in the portal!

That's nice.

We could see another nice commit and maybe a flip or two this week as well.

That was done without a DC on the team!

Tackling machine. How well does he play in space/ coverage?

Looks like they played him at LB and a little bit at the rush edge. Doesn’t look like he was asked to cover a lot. Probably average speed. Nose for the ball and makes a lot of negative plays though.

Mhmm. Pass rushing LB perhaps? Either way. Tackling machine good. Excellent pickup.

He’s better than Jamal Brooks and Chad Bailey by a significant margin. He improves us
