Good morning Dawgs. Thanks for the access to the board. Wanted to see what expectations we're for Saturdays game.

I just don't see LSU winning by that much honestly. I imagine that we will try to run the ball with our 3 RB's. The main matchup most of us are eager to see is how often Arik Gilbert our new TE plays.

PFF had him as a top 5 coverage linebacker in the SEC in 2018. He took a slight step back in 2019 but coaching changes and team chemistry issues are likely to blame. He is a bad dude

I just watched his film he looks really good. That's going to be a fun match up.

Let's start with recruiting talent levels. No comparison there.... If that guaranteed outcome, then this game should not even be played. There are more 4-5 stars on LSU"s bench that didn't make the two deep than there are on State's whole team. I might be wrong since I didn't count them but that sounds right.
Then move on to returning players... Ummmm neither team has a bunch of those. That's a wash.
Coaches? State's complete new staff... LSU revamped theirs as well but at least you know the system is similar.
I can see an LSU blowout win or a close game win for either team but no way do I see a State blowout win based on talent comparison but that's why the games are played.
I do believe Leech will find away to move that ball and score.
I would bet the over.. and leave the game alone if it were me. 16 1/2 is a lot of points vs a Leech team no matter the unknowns

Let's see if LSU stays true to form without Joe Brady. I expect us to run the ball more this season with our 3 RB's.
Also Bo Pelini is back and we're 4-3 but with the State passing attack we should look to see 4-2-5.

We gonna score a bunch of points and give up 400 yards rushing. Saturday is gonna be a blast can effing wait n I'm so distracted and it's just Thursday. I shld prolly call my boss and let him know that I am sick and can't focus on work.
