Read through this thread and watch the cognitive dissonance and mental gymnastics at work. And keep in mind...this isn't some random person. He's an assistant professor at Yale working in epidemiology and microbial diseases, and is one of the individuals that helps craft the policy guidelines that are adopted by states all over the country.

Going with the assumption that both police and coronavirus target African Americans disproportionately the death toll of corona is exponentially higher. An epidemiologist should be able to see that.

How do people like this not understand that it’s not about the lack of social distancing? It’s about their hypocrisy.....
We were supposedly selfish for wanting to open up the economy because it would kill a bunch of people , especially minorities. Now they’re promoting mass gatherings of minorities.

He's a moron. Conservatives support peaceful mass gatherings for all purposes. They're 100% behind the peaceful demonstrations.
Prog hacks are the ones picking and choosing. His last tweet was especially moronic. If you really care about people of color you would follow public health advice. He also seems to not realize that people of faith are disproportionately likely to be people of color.
The protests are for a very legitimate grievance. But it's a grievance that's already been redressed. All four officers have been fired and arrested. Protesting Floyd's death at this point is like protesting the Vietnam War in 1976. And success (long term) is if nothing happens, so how do you know when you won?

It's hell to think that his only contribution to humanity occurred the day he was born. His Mom's Physician was a football player that had finally become a Doctor. This scum was the his first delivery. As he cut the cord and celebrated the success ...he spiked this child into the floor. This was the result.
