Word is that he will sign financial aid papers and something else with us. But can’t sign a LOI.

Maybe he will stick with it but having to hold on to him until the summer when he can enroll would be interesting

I believe he can sign a financial aid agreement. Unless something has changed with these they bind the school to provide a scholarship to the player, but don't actually bind the player to the school. A player can sign a financial aid agreement with a school and still go somewhere else with no repercussions.
