At what point will the LSU admin dept. decide to place an order for a championship banner?

Do they go ahead and spend the money on the banner now? Or do they wait for the fallout from this trial next month to see what the NCAA decides to do up the road.

There have been a couple of good ones. But, for the most part these threads have been really weak and most aren't even based in any sort of fact or reality.
