I agree but were they better or more productive as a whole compared to the Clemson RB's? Not trying to rub our players noses into anything but we have issues going forward as these other teams are getting better and we may be standing still. Our D was exposed last night and based on what we lose we will be replacing a lot of our front 7, which was our weakest two units last night.

Our D has had plenty of exposure all year.

You may need to A) step away from the computer, B) step away from college football/Bama football, C) find a hobby, D) all of the above.

Last night's game was a loss. A bad, embarrassing one. That said, if you can't understand/see the unique nature of it then you've lost all objectivity and connection to reality.

Bama outgained Clemson. They beat them in TOP. The difference in that game was 3rd down conversions, turnovers, and coaching. Add to that a team that played with a massive chip on their shoulder and you've got a pretty clear recipe for what happened last night.

I thought Jacobs looked better than Etiene, and Najee Harris looked better than their #2 RB(drawing a blank on his name), but that's about it. Irv Smith looked better than their TE, but they don't really use a TE in their offense so that's moot.

The frustrating part of last night was we absolutely dominated the 1st quarter, but gave it all way with the pick 6 and a false start on the goal line. Those two mistakes completely changed the complexion of the game, and they made our arse quit.

Yes, then we decided to abandon the run while we were gashing them.

Again, last night was just a ton of things that went really wrong for Alabama and really right for Clemson.

All 3 of our RB's played great. I would even say better.

Q was better than the Clemson interior D-line but the Clemson O-line was able to close down on him since Alabama had no answer outside. Even tho Q could not get to the QB, he still shut down the inside running game. That was ALL Q. The Alabama LB's were not any part of the reason Clemson could not run inside. Q was THE best player on the field last night, it took the center and both guards to keep him away from the QB. They took the gamble that Alabama would not delay blitz. They won the bet.
