Xmas eve: nothing special, lots of bourbon
Xmas: Turkey, gravy, green bean casserole, creamed corn, yams, pumpkin pie. More bourbon. And then some more bourbon.

Tonight: pork tenderloin sliders and an assortment of finger foods, including some awesome mini twice baked potatoes.

Tomorrow: beef tenderloin, smoked salmon, hash brown casserole, squash casserole, green bean casserole, etc.

I did a small prime rib on my smoker last night.
Smoking a turkey for dinner tonight.

We had a meat lovers dinner tonight...smoked turkey, brisket, bologna, and ham. Had all the typical veggies and candied yams to go with it. Miserable state right now but totally worth it.
