and I’m watching them play each other in the second round of the big dance. CWW is a frickin savage and I can’t wait to see the program next year. The improvement(s) in talent/depth from the SUPER TIGHT recruiting class CWW is bringing in will provide consistency we lacked this year, especially on the back end where fatigue caught up to us. We’re going to be watching the Tigs make a run next year.

Was literally thinking the same thing. Very good signs for Will Wade and the future of the program.

A JJ team loses by 25 to Michigan earlier this year.

ETA - The ULL fan downvoting in here needs to get a life.

The Michigan game was the most athletic we looked all year. It was our most exciting game. Michigan played good and we still beat them.

Houston's point guard is great, but he was a jackazz against LSU and he still is against Michigan.

Michigan is one of the hottest teams in the country. Houston’s stud has the most points in the first two games of the tournament since Steph Curry. We just saw our first year coach exceed expectations with a very limited roster. Retrospectively, the last time we had a reason to be excited about the basketball team...we watched them SKIP an invite to the NIT despite having the first pick in the following NBA draft. I think there’s a fundamental difference between a moral victory and being optimistic about the the change in culture and attitude that CWW has very obviously brought to hoops.

O followers are this. Put down on everybody to make themselves seem ok or close to their level. That buys time but in the end the result is the same. Garbage and firing.

They also lost to Vandy, S. Carolina, Sam Houston and Georgia, TWICE!

So, In other words, LSU basketball doesn't completely suck.

And that’s what kept them out of Tourney.

Sam Houston

It was Stephen F. Austin, NOT Sam Houston. Same SFA who won their conference tournament and gave a very good TX Tech team all they could handle in first round of tournament.

If you are going to be a little bitch and point out things, at least get your facts straight.
