Pruitt or Gruden?

After the NC, Pruitt looks to be a solid hire and if he produces a D half as good as Bama’s, y’all will win games.
Personally, I’d prefer Pruitt since he’s a proven Recruiter and has coached in the last decade, but I’m curious if any of y’all lament the fact that Gruden didn’t work out?

I’m happy with Pruitt. At first I needed a moment to collect my thoughts, but I really like Fulmer’s plan: Proven defensive guy that is an elite recruiter. This staff he has put together is elite. The OC is the only guy I question, but I love the offense he is bringing.
If you are asking to choose Gruden or Pruitt then it is 100% Gruden, but I am very happy with how everything turned out.

To expand on why I like Fulmer’s plan
To win at a high level you need to play defense, bring in elite talent every year, and run the football. That is what Pruitt wishes to represent. As much as I was pulling for Gundy and Leach neither of them fill those check marks.

I think the recruits Gruden lures with his name and presence alone are unprecedented.
I can’t say enough how much I like Pruitt’s personality though, he’s just a good ole country boy

Gruden was an elaborate troll created by board elites for no other reason that to troll the simpletons of SECrant.com. I would've irl melted down if VOLS had hired that fig

yeah, that's what i'm curious about. it'll be interesting to see how both perform in the fall.

i think he was legit interested. coincidence that he took another coaching job right after the dust settles?
