the beginning of the end - bowl games start tomorrow...

and it is bitter sweet
the bowls are typically fun to watch, as teams are matched up fairly evenly most often
but we are looking at mostly "yawner" games
I have mixed feelings on the early bowls
1 - while it is nice that the SEC is so well respected that our teams get better bowl tie ins; I kind of hate it that there isn't at least 1 SEC game in the really early bowls (yes - I know it is because we have so many teams that failed to qualify, but still)
2 - sure I like having a bunch of games on; but I still think we have too many bowls
anyway - the Oregon vs Boise & Marshall vs Colorado St games look pretty interesting

I wish our tie ins for mediocre bowls were:
1. San Diego
2. Las Vegas
3. New Orleans
4. Santa Clara
5. New Mexico
6. San Antonio
Also we need PAC 12 matchup
