I thought Gruden was the next HC at Tennessee, why would they offer Chip?

I doubt UT tried for Kelly. I don't think his name even came up as a target, at least I never heard it. I actually think Tennessee has already got their man, whoever that is. It's been too quiet in Knoxville.
