I like to fish, hunt, boat.
want to live in the South.
also a Christian, conservative community.
has to be a relatively big city or near one so that I can find a Real Estate job.
don't want a bunch of yankee transplants.

thanks.

That's whats gonna getcha around ATL suburbs or Charleston.

Savannah might be worth looking into, but there's still yankees, just not as many as ATL or Charleston

Not sure why you are asking, but I have several black friends, and work with several black people. I live in Kentucky. We have lots of black people around where I live, and several that attend the same church as I do.

You've essentially described Chattanooga, TN (except for the big city part, but it's big enough).

Just pick whichever area is currently the fastest growing for the real estate job.

Huntsville and it's surrounding towns could be a reasonable option, affordable and more affluent options in each. Madison, Hazel Green, Meridianville, Owens X Roads, NE & South Hsv.
Wheeler Lake, Madison Co Lake, and Ditto Landing are nearby. Numerous hiking and biking trails with the Appalachian Foothills.
