They need someone who has the appearance of a clean program, so the NCAA stays off their arse and lets them build things back up down there.

Richt would fit that pretty well.

Wait, you're serious?


Being forced to follow school policy isn't equal to running a clean program. I'd be willing to bet UGA under Richt has been involved in more organized team thuggery that the rest of the SEC combined (taunting Bama, group party vs UF, etc).

He runs an undisciplined program, which was likely a big reason they always choked under pressure.

He would be a perfect fit at 'da U.
