Texas fans: what is the status of Jahleel Billingsley and Agiye Hall ?

I'm not a Texas fan, but it was recently reported that Billingsley is no longer with the Texas program.

I checked. ESPN stats say
Billingsley 3 catches for 38 yards
Hall 1 catch for 7 yards
Billingsley 3 catches for 38 yards
Hall 1 catch for 7 yards

Billingsley was suspended for 6 games for an incident that occurred at Alabama, per head coach Steve Sarkisian. He did play in 4 games but made just 3 catches for 38 yards.
It appears that Billingsley is now bound for his 3rd college program.

dang. I wonder what Billingsley did to be kicked off the team. Kind of a shame. His freshman year I thought he was going to be All American. In fact, I think he was freshman AA.
